We are more then willing to do your photographer within your timeline. But we prefer to do a formal/creative shoot prior to the wedding. This gives us more time to take photos and also be more creative with a different location, like a park. If you are concerned about being seen by the groom prior to the wedding - we are more then willing to do a presentation shoot for the Bride and Groom so we can capture the first look on photos. Please see below for 2 of our preferred sample timelines.

1 Sample Wedding Timeline - Photoshoot before Ceremony (no presentation)
This is a sample of our preferred timeline to do photos before ceremony at location of choice

  3. Time: _____________________ Get entire party dressed
  4. Time: _____________________ Put on bridal Dress
  5. Time: _____________________ Get Bouquets and Boutonnieres
  6. Time: _____________________ Leave to drive to location for photography
  7. Time: _____________________ Photography of entire party (About 1 Hour)
  8. Time: _____________________ Photography of the Bride and Groom (About 1 Hour)
  9. Time: _____________________ Leave location to head over to the ceremony
  10. Time: _____________________ Final Touch ups before the Ceremony
  11. Time: _____________________ Ceremony Begins (Make sure to face each other or more toward the crowd for photos)
  12. Time: _____________________ Ceremony Ends (Someone make an announcement that all Family members stay for photography)
  13. Time: _____________________ After Ceremony photography with all family members and bridal party (About 30 Min)
  14. Time: _____________________ Leave to go to Reception location
  15. Time: _____________________ Enter the Reception (Wait till the photographer is inside ready)
  16. Time: _____________________ Serve dinner/buffet (Photographer will walk around taking random photos while everyone eats)
  17. Time: _____________________ Cut the Cake (Make sure photographer is next to the cake)
  18. Time: _____________________ Toasting Begins
  19. Time: _____________________ Bouquet Toss (Make sure photographer is in front of the bride for tossing)
  20. Time: _____________________ Garter Toss (Make sure the photographer is next to the Bride and Groom for photos)
